What you will do

• Own and define organic social strategy, including tone of voice, content direction, and success metrics
• Drive growth in reach and engagement through testing, experimentation, and optimisation
• Build and execute social plans aligned with company campaigns, events, and product launches
• Lead social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, acting as platform expert
• Develop video and long-form content strategies, especially for YouTube
• Build and scale employee advocacy programme and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organic social media roles with strategy and execution ownership
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Instagram, ideally in B2B
• Experience building or scaling employee advocacy programmes
• Excellent writing skills and instinct for social storytelling
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and emerging formats
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience creating content, with video production
• Experience in B2B environments
