Location: Remote – Canada or Mexico

Salary: $60K - $70K CAD and $400 - $470 MXN per year

What you will do

• Translate product vision, objectives, and roadmap into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and executable requirements for delivery across Canada, Mexico, and Europe
• Partner with Product Management, research, stakeholders, and delivery teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, data insights, and delivery constraints
• Review completed work against acceptance criteria, accept or reject delivery to maintain quality and timelines
• Support agile processes through planning, reviews, retrospectives, managing scope, dependencies, and commitments

Requirements

• 3+ years in a product role with hands-on backlog management, requirement definition, and agile delivery
• Experience supporting syndicated research delivery, survey instrumentation, and data quality processes
• Educational background in Product/Project Management, Market Research, Business Analytics, or equivalent
• Proven experience partnering with client-facing teams and responding to stakeholder needs
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
