TL;DR

Operations Manager (Consulting): Coaching small-business owners through evidence-based strategic business platforms with an accent on business growth and relationship cultivation. Focus on executing business-development plans, conducting KPI analysis, and implementing organizational strategies to increase market share.

Location: Hybrid (Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area; minimum three days per week in-office)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

  • Coach small-business owners through strategic business platforms to drive operational growth.
  • Execute business-development plans using account management and solutions-selling techniques.
  • Create and deliver member-centered solutions through KPI analysis and consultative presentations.
  • Prepare and execute organizational strategies, policies, and practices aligned with long-term goals.
  • Act as a project manager for members across various business improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and Shared Services teams to improve financial success systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution on an operational level.
  • Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Experience with and understanding of financial modeling and budgeting.
