Salary: $368,500–$571,100 USD (Seattle)

What you will do
- Lead K–12 math strategy, setting vision for AI-enabled materials and tutoring aligned to 2030/2045 goals.
- Oversee dual-track portfolio: scale proven high-impact approaches and drive AI product innovation from R&D to adoption.
- Guide investments, analytics, and impact measurement across risk, scale, and equity.
- Build partnerships with educators, technologists, policymakers, and funders to influence AI in education.
- Lead multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and inclusive leadership.
Requirements
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US; no immigration sponsorship
- Advanced degree + 15+ years senior leadership in K–12, edtech, or related fields
- Proven success designing/scaling AI/digital learning products or platforms
- Experience leading R&D/innovation pipelines to scaled adoption
- Deep K–12 knowledge: curriculum, instruction, assessment, data systems, professional learning
- Track record managing complex portfolios, diverse teams, and embedding equity
Nice to have
- Experience with Targeted Universalism or similar equity frameworks
- Strong external representation and influence skills
