What you will do

• Lead K–12 math strategy, setting vision for AI-enabled materials and tutoring aligned to 2030/2045 goals.
• Oversee dual-track portfolio: scale proven high-impact approaches and drive AI product innovation from R&D to adoption.
• Guide investments, analytics, and impact measurement across risk, scale, and equity.
• Build partnerships with educators, technologists, policymakers, and funders to influence AI in education.
• Lead multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and inclusive leadership.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US; no immigration sponsorship
• Advanced degree + 15+ years senior leadership in K–12, edtech, or related fields
• Proven success designing/scaling AI/digital learning products or platforms
• Experience leading R&D/innovation pipelines to scaled adoption
• Deep K–12 knowledge: curriculum, instruction, assessment, data systems, professional learning
• Track record managing complex portfolios, diverse teams, and embedding equity

Nice to have

• Experience with Targeted Universalism or similar equity frameworks
• Strong external representation and influence skills
