What you will do

• Own the end-to-end developer education strategy and design structured learning paths for production-readiness.
• Develop high-quality technical content including tutorials, structured courses, and code samples across written and video formats.
• Engineer functional applications and templates to serve as instructional tools for developers.
• Lead technical workshops, webinars, and live coding sessions to engage the community.
• Analyze education-related metrics such as completion rates and mainnet activation to iterate on strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align educational goals with ecosystem priorities.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in JavaScript, Python, and/or Java with the ability to ship functional apps.
• Proven experience in instructional design for technical programs (certifications, courses, learning paths).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences.
• Track record of shipping technical content in both written and video formats.
• Experience in developer advocacy via workshops, hackathons, or live sessions.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for specific benefits.

• Familiarity with Web3/EVM ecosystems (Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js).
• Experience with AI-assisted developer productivity tools.
