TL;DR

Director, SSD Clinical Review (Education): Oversee documentation review for accommodation eligibility in hirify.global tests (SAT, AP, CLEP) with an accent on clinical policy integrity, team management, and compliance. Focus on leading clinicians in complex determinations, driving process innovations with technology and AI, and ensuring fairness and scalability.

Location: Fully remote in USA. Hybrid option for candidates near CB offices. Authorization to work in the United States required.

Salary: $80,000–$135,000

What you will do

  • Manage clinician caseloads, prioritize reviews, and ensure timely, accurate accommodation determinations across SAT Suite, AP, and CLEP.
  • Lead daily operations of SSD School-level Review process and serve as escalation point for complex cases.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary experts to refine clinical policies, processes, and tools for quality and compliance.
  • Drive strategic enhancements using technology and AI to improve review systems, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide outreach, training resources, and represent hirify.global externally through presentations and professional networks.
  • Coach and mentor team, set priorities, and foster an inclusive high-achieving culture.

Requirements

  • Psy.D./Ph.D. in relevant psychological/educational field
  • 5+ years in psychological assessment/research with educational populations, including 2+ years program/staff management
  • Extensive knowledge of disability assessments, accommodations, and laws (IDEA, ADA, Section 504)
  • Superior analytical, writing, speaking, and leadership skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Travel 4–6 times per year to offices or business needs
