What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategy for indirect categories, focusing on Technology, Professional Services, and Marketing.
• Lead full vendor lifecycle: RFx processes, due diligence, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage commercial and legal aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiating Master Agreements and SOWs.
• Provide financial oversight on expenditures, identify cost savings, and handle vendor payments.
• Design and refine procurement policies, workflows, and provide training to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business units for compliant operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in FinTech, Crypto, or High-Growth Tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost tracking, reporting, and budget management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for multiple high-priority projects.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Workday, Netsuite), Procure-to-Pay software, and advanced Excel.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (CPSM, MCIPS).
• Deep understanding of SaaS and infrastructure landscape, especially for financial exchanges.
• Experience negotiating complex, multi-year contracts with major technology providers.
• Experience with blockchain-specific vendors or decentralized infrastructure.
