What you will do

• Grow and retain corporate partnerships by managing a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Ensure contract adherence, including SLA and Customer Care Agreements (CCA).
• Develop and execute tailored sales solutions to solve client problems.
• Collaborate across business units to enhance the value of mining technology systems.
• Manage sales processes and compliance within Salesforce.
• Provide superior customer service and act as the primary point of contact for business development.

Requirements

• Previous account management experience, preferably within the mining industry.
• Extensive administrative skillset with high attention to detail for contract management.
• Proven experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
