What you will do
- Grow and retain corporate partnerships by building relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
- Manage customer relations to maximize value from products, including contract adherence, reporting, and support.
- Solve client problems with innovative sales solutions and handle sales processes, CRM compliance, and opportunity management.
- Support business development executives in preparing sales documents and managing complex opportunities.
- Collaborate across business units, comply with processes, and act as a brand ambassador prioritizing safety.
Requirements
- Previous account management experience, preferably in mining industry.
- Extensive administrative skills with attention to detail for contracts, SLAs, and CCAs.
- Experience with CRM tools.
