What you will do

• Assist in product demonstrations for POS, omnichannel, and retail platforms during customer discovery sessions.
• Prepare and tailor demo scenarios, RFP/RFI responses, and technical validations.
• Maintain and update demo environments with new product features and workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to share feedback and translate features into customer messaging.
• Develop integration documentation, diagrams, and support troubleshooting using APIs and AWS.
• Participate in cross-functional activities including events and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in retail technology, enterprise software, or related field.
• Familiarity with POS, OMS, inventory, omnichannel systems.
• Basic API knowledge (REST), POSTMAN, AWS, cloud/SaaS concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise sales cycles or pre-sales.
• Retail operations background.
• Knowledge of databases, microservices, Jira, Confluence, OKTA.
