What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI projects meeting scope, timelines, and business goals
• Mentor AI and software engineers, providing direction and building high-performing teams
• Collaborate with product, science, clinical, operations, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and resourcing for AI products
• Guide solution design, development, model integration, testing, deployment, and operations
• Drive AI research practices, coordinate dependencies, and communicate status to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related
• 7+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning
• 2+ years leading teams, technical programs, or cross-functional delivery
• Success delivering AI/ML or data-driven solutions to production
• Strong Python proficiency, AI/ML tools, backend services, APIs, data pipelines
• Cloud architectures and production deployment experience
• Stakeholder alignment, people leadership, communication, planning skills
