What you will do
- Lead and coach multiple engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Own the successful delivery of the Kyte product and technical roadmap in partnership with Product Management.
- Drive architectural consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all engineering teams.
- Champion the use of Agile, DevOps, and secure-by-default development practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise technology teams to align value stream delivery with overall company strategy.
- Manage career development, performance management, and succession planning for technical talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multiple software engineering teams in a fast-paced, product-driven organization.
- Strong technical background with the ability to influence architectural and design decisions.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software products end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Experience with change management and (scaled) Agile environments.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Leuven, Belgium
Nice to have
- Specific background in SaaS software development.
- Experience managing budgets, resource plans, and vendor engagements.
