What you will do

• Lead monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting for technology and product cost centers.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, and Product leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts for both operational and investment spend.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for technology initiatives and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze gaps in headcount, cloud consumption, and vendor usage to implement cost-saving solutions.
• Drive spend efficiency and value realization across the technology portfolio through standard metrics and cost transparency.
• Leverage ERP, planning tools, and BI dashboards to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis, specifically supporting tech/software development teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Oracle/Hyperion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights to both technical and non-financial audiences.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with Agile delivery or technology portfolio governance.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for data analysis and AI-driven process improvements.
