What you will do

• Build agent infrastructure for AI agents to discover, communicate, and coordinate across teams.
• Evolve autonomous coding pipelines with deterministic multi-agent execution, cost control, and human review.
• Encode engineering standards as executable AI behaviors in developer workflows.
• Transform delivery pipelines by automating or replacing manual gates with agents.
• Own AI infrastructure including model routing, LLM proxy, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
• Set technical direction, stay hands-on with code, evaluate new models, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Location: New York
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including significant recent work with LLM and agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Direct experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
• Mastery of backend development, distributed systems, and Python.
• Strong LLMOps skills: CI/CD for AI, observability, cost attribution.
• Experience deploying AI coding agents or developer tools to teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, blockchain, or financial services.
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs.
• Experience with data privacy and security compliance in regulated environments.
