What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build measurable, reliable AI solutions for research and workflows.
• Architect multi-agent workflows with planner/supervisor orchestration, state management, routing, and agent protocols.
• Design retrieval architectures including hybrid retrieval, reranking, and contextual embeddings.
• Operationalize AgentOps evaluation gates with statistical suites and staged rollouts.
• Implement agentic security against prompt injection and unsafe tool execution.
• Build observability for multi-step executions, define SLIs/SLOs, and own reliability outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by location and benefits)
• Proven experience with LLM-powered applications in production, including prompt/tool orchestration.
• Hands-on multi-agent orchestration, state management, and conditional routing.
• Strong RAG retrieval: hybrid, rank fusion, reranking, contextual embeddings.
• Evaluation systems for AI/agent behavior with rubrics and release gates.
• AgentOps/LLMOps practices, security mindset for LLMs (prompt injection defenses).
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks for agentic systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Azure Foundry, cloud AI platforms.
• Work in regulated environments with governance and resilience.
• Agent memory systems and scalable prompt architectures.
• Production telemetry with OpenTelemetry.
