What you will do

• Develop and refine SOPs for pharmacy contract connectivity, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead day-to-day operations of GPO programs, including contract attachments, eligibility validation, and pricing compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and process metrics, implementing corrective actions to maximize contract penetration and revenue capture.
• Drive process improvements through automation, reporting dashboards, and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, contracting, finance, IT, suppliers, and distributors to resolve issues and streamline operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of pharmacy analysts, fostering growth in data analysis and operational expertise.

Requirements

• Expertise in GPO operations, pharmacy contracting, supply chain, or healthcare distribution.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution models, GPO contract structures, and supplier/distributor relationships.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and manage complex workflows.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
