What you will do
- Prepare and organize pre-production activities for clinical trial materials.
- Manage batch records and process orders within SAP and MES systems.
- Perform double checks to ensure high documentation accuracy.
- Run MRP to identify material requirements and place supplier orders.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and Clinical Supply Management to align on study timelines.
- Contribute to backward planning and provide operational support for supply operations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in a clinical trials environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Professional level of English (written and spoken) for stakeholder communication.
- Proven coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a transversal, operational role with multiple interfaces.
- Must be based in Belgium or able to work on-site.
Nice to have
- Experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Background specifically in clinical supply chain.
- Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
