What you will do

• Prepare and organize pre-production activities for clinical trial materials.
• Manage batch records and process orders within SAP and MES systems.
• Perform double checks to ensure high documentation accuracy.
• Run MRP to identify material requirements and place supplier orders.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Clinical Supply Management to align on study timelines.
• Contribute to backward planning and provide operational support for supply operations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a clinical trials environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken) for stakeholder communication.
• Proven coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a transversal, operational role with multiple interfaces.
• Must be based in Belgium or able to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Background specifically in clinical supply chain.
• Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
