TL;DR
Digital Product Manager (Dealer Websites): Provide day-to-day support to dealers and field service staff for product implementation, customization, questions, and problems with an accent on gathering and synthesizing dealer feedback, establishing feedback loops, and coordinating issue resolution. Focus on validating concepts and usability, tracking design and maintenance problems, and expanding product usage through proactive engagement.
Location: Based out of Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Broomfield, CO or Irving, TX offices (United States). Visa sponsorship not available.
Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do
- Proactively gather and synthesize dealer feedback, insights, and pain points through interviews, workshops, pilots, and ongoing engagement to inform product decisions.
- Establish feedback loops with dealers to validate concepts, usability, and effectiveness of dealer website tools and capabilities.
- Coordinate with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
- Identify, document, and report design, reliability, maintenance problems, and bugs; consolidate feedback from customers and field staff.
- Coordinate with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
- Answer customer and field support questions; provide guidance for product integration and infrastructure issues.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of business analysis to identify needs and recommend value-delivering solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of decision making, critical thinking, and effective communications.
- Extensive experience in software change request management, software product business knowledge, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Working knowledge of software engineering and software problem management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in product management (typically 3+ years) and leading technical teams while managing multiple projects (typically 8+ years).
Nice to have
- Extensive experience with Agile methodology and tools like VSTS, JIRA, Team Services, Rally, Aha.
- Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance).
- Knowledge of SDLC and experience with onshore/offshore team models.
- Domain expertise in business applications and strong interpersonal skills.
