Engineering Team Leader

TL;DR

Engineering Team Leader (Gas/Dual Fuel Software): Coordinate concurrent software development projects covering G3500, G3600, and Dual Fuel 3500 engine platforms with an accent on requirements alignment across Engine Platform, Performance, Controls, Test Cell, HIL Validation, and CATE groups. Focus on executing robust development processes, resolving resource constraints, investigating field defects, and managing program budgets.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL (Technical Center - Building L). Domestic relocation available. Visa sponsorship not available. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Conduct software feature requirements gathering and collaboration with stakeholders and development partners.
• Communicate timelines, align resources, and deliver per expectations.
• Propose and execute solutions for resource constraints.
• Gain knowledge of upstream/downstream software processes.
• Investigate engine software field defects and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage Gas and DGB/DF program budgets.

Requirements

• Degree from accredited Engineering curriculum.
• 5+ years work experience or 3+ years with relevant graduate degree.
