• Manage and build a high-performance engineering team.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA to maintain and surpass product usability and quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical reasoning skills.
• Must be based in the San Mateo, CA headquarters office.
