Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom, Germany, or Netherlands

Salary: $200,000 - $280,000 USD (US typical ranges provided)

What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations and POCs for AI engineering teams using hirify.global as their observability data store.
• Design reference implementations, schema designs, and ingestion patterns optimized for LLM trace data at scale.
• Source and qualify pipeline through ecosystem relationships and active community engagement.
• Act as the primary technical voice in the Langfuse community via GitHub, forums, and industry events.
• Create technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and reference architectures to showcase the platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the LLM observability or AI monitoring space as a practitioner or vendor.
• Technical depth in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks, and token economics.
• Proven customer-facing experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or developer advocacy.
• Strong foundation in analytical databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based in the UK, Germany, or Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global, Postgres, or other columnar databases.
• Experience contributing to open source communities.
