Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role does not come with relocation assistance.

What you will do
- Own the full product development cycle for the Traveler Messaging Platform, including requirements gathering, prioritization, releases, and QA.
- Manage platform performance metrics for communication channels including email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Troubleshoot API issues, conduct QA on new APIs, and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop and present business cases for platform improvements and issue resolution.
- Drive alignment across marketing, business units, and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in platform Product Management.
- Ability to contribute to technical conversations, write technical documentation, and troubleshoot API issues independently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience managing large numbers of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to convey both strategic vision and specific technical details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and recommend action plans.
- Must be based in or have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
