What you will do

• Lead a regional cross-functional team to ensure the integrity of Master Data and supporting processes.
• Establish the vision, direction, and governance for MDM data products focusing on Products, Customers, and Suppliers.
• Drive the harmonization of Master Data processes to provide a consistent view across the enterprise.
• Build and lead a team of data stewards, MDM architects, and domain experts.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate the impact and business benefits of master data activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to drive data governance adoption.

Requirements

• Must be a US applicant.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of IT applications experience, with at least 7 years specializing in the Master Data Domain.
• Proven experience building and leading MDM teams and governance processes from the ground up.
• Graduate-level understanding of AI, machine learning, and statistics.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
