Location: Remote / Hybrid (Irving, TX)

Salary: $113,300 – $170,000

What you will do

• Lead architectural efforts for medium to large projects and define long-term strategic goals for systems and software.
• Develop business, capability, and technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Design and implement integrated user requirements into effective solution architectures across products.
• Conduct research and Proofs of Concept (PoC) on emerging technologies to increase cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technological solutions.
• Mentor other IT peers and provide technical leadership across solution, application, and security layers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 8+ years as a Technology/Application/Solution Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Transformation (Legacy modernization, Data transformation, AI/GenAI at scale).
• 2+ years of experience creating actionable architectural designs and roadmaps balancing security and scalability.
• Deep expertise in modern application, data, and integration architectures.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience implementing SAP ERP systems and interfacing with SaaS/PaaS providers.
• Knowledge of cloud-based security, networking, and storage.
