Senior Advertising Sales Manager (AdTech): Driving revenue growth and managing strategic partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Brands in the Health/Fitness vertical with an accent on pipeline development, new client acquisition, and account growth. Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Los Angeles, California, USA)

Salary: Base $120,000 - $150,000; Base + OTE $240,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently developing, closing, and scaling a pipeline of advertiser campaigns and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through professional networking, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, providing market-driven insights to the Product team to enhance service levels.
  • Position and sell innovative advertising strategies and technical solutions across various business types.
  • Strategically balance time between low- and high-spend potential accounts within the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant solutions-based sales experience in the digital advertising industry (media, SaaS, programmatic, or data).
  • Existing strong relationships with clients and agencies in the Health/Fitness vertical.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance-based media, and advertising technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office).
