What you will do

• Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
• Lead the software development function and manage engineering teams, including mentors and architects.
• Own the development roadmap in collaboration with product and executive stakeholders.
• Build and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, secure, and reliable software architecture.
• Review and improve engineering processes, development standards, code quality, and release management.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and progress to senior leadership in a business-oriented way.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong hands-on background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Experience managing engineering teams and technical managers.
• Expertise in modern software practices, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable architecture.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international, or matrix organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, AI, data platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with distributed international engineering teams.
• Background in technical transformation, platform modernization, or scaling engineering organizations.
• Previous startup or scale-up experience.
