What you will do

• Coordinate the strategic refresh of internal vehicle fleets to minimize downtime and reduce aged assets.
• Oversee vehicle arrival, location logistics, and condition reporting to meet monthly operational targets.
• Manage the titling and registration of fleet vehicles across multiple jurisdictions via third-party agencies.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, including in-service dates, damage disclosures, and assignment history.
• Act as the primary liaison for vehicle repairs and insurance claims to ensure asset protection and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Fleet Management, Rental Car Operations, or Dealership Service Loaner programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
