What you will do

• Partner with IT leads and stakeholders to prepare communication plans for technology enhancements, new solutions, and changes impacting end users.
• Develop news articles, internal social community content, email campaigns, and user surveys for enterprise-wide channels.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and eLearning developers to edit content for live events, learning labs, and courses.
• Prepare presentations and facilitate discussions in IT-hosted meetings and other forums.
• Design and develop digital campaigns to be displayed globally across on-site locations.
• Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries within company-wide social communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business, social sciences, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally within IT, HR, or Marketing.
• Proven experience in technical writing within a corporate IT/technology environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and Microsoft Viva Engage.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background in event planning or end-user enablement programs.
• Familiarity with IT Audit compliance standards and documentation.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of enterprise learning platforms (LMS) and eLearning development tools.
