What you will do

• Support the end-to-end promotion creation process including design, testing, setup, publishing, QA, and merchandising.
• Monitor and audit platform content to meet KPIs regarding timing and accuracy.
• Manage daily homepage priorities for both the Sportsbook and Casino segments.
• Improve the quality and efficiency of internal Marketing Operations processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Commercial, and Risk & Trading teams.
• Utilize internal tools to evaluate risk and lead triage efforts to reduce errors.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work or internship experience in a marketing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Experience monitoring and tracking KPIs.
• Proficiency with image editing tools.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for hybrid work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
