What you will do

• Shape product vision and strategy, ensuring design drives product development in the AI era.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers to raise the bar on quality and impact.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leadership to align user needs with business goals and learning outcomes.
• Build and evolve scalable, AI-enabled design practices to increase efficiency and speed.
• Own end-to-end design quality and define how user experience is measured.
