What you will do

• Execute and optimize localized paid media programs across Search, Social, and Display.
• Utilize generative AI and agentic pipelines to accelerate ad copy localization and creative testing.
• Implement region-specific SEO and GEO strategies to increase visibility on search engines and AI platforms.
• Coordinate with APJ and global marketing teams to align goals and adapt global strategies for local success.
• Track the lead lifecycle and perform QA to ensure absolute brand compliance across Japanese touchpoints.
• Manage local vendor relationships and leverage the internal marketing technology stack.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation within the Japanese B2B tech landscape.
• Deep practical knowledge of Japanese business culture and enterprise buying cycles.
• Native-level fluency in Japanese.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical foundation to track regional CPA and optimize campaign spend.
