Strong Middle / Senior Fullstack Developer (TypeScript / React / AdTech)

Location: Remote in Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Implement complex business logic for digital advertising campaign management.
• Build and support workflows for campaign configuration, line items, creatives, forecasting, SLA tracking, and media processing.
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical discussions, and solution design.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, and project managers while driving technical solutions independently.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of commercial software development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, primarily focused on backend development.
• Expert experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and NestJS; good experience with React and AWS.
• Understanding of scalable system architecture and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with enterprise-level or high-load applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to take ownership of technical solutions.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• AI-native development experience and familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Claude and Codex.
• Experience with Jenkins and Terraform.
• Experience working with complex or enterprise platforms.
