What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for generator customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and long-term value for UK-based generators.
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and design scalable, high-impact improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Marketing to resolve client issues and relay customer feedback.
  • Analyze usage and adoption data to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop the generator account management playbook, including strategic mapping and renewal motions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success in fast-paced B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial instincts to drive expansion and meet revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage hundreds of accounts and renewals with high rigour and care.
  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B supply-side customers in energy or marketplace businesses.
  • Background in early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
