What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial reporting, delivering daily trading updates, weekly shareholder reports, and monthly P&L reports.
• Lead the group's financial budgeting cycle and quarterly reforecasts, identifying and modelling key business drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis, reviewing actuals versus budget to provide deep commercial insights.
• Develop market-specific budgets, accounting for gaming duty, licence fees, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO to provide accurate financial and operational data for board decks and KPI tracking.
• Lead financial modelling for ad-hoc projects including M&A activities and new market expansions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior finance role, ideally within online gaming, betting, or high-growth technology.
• Proven track record of owning budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management across multiple international markets.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Deep understanding of market-specific financial considerations including gaming duty and licence fees.
• Confidence to partner with and influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
