What you will do

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of client implementations from sales handover through Go-Live and transition to support.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering all XSE lifecycle phases.
• Own delivery governance, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Establish and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Business Analysis, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing teams.
• Manage scope changes through formal Change Request processes and oversee project financials, including forecasting and invoicing.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS project management.
• Strong track record of delivering Professional Services implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple, complex, multi-stream, client-facing programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with change control and financial tracking.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hoboken, NJ.
