What you will do

• Install, configure, and manage Linux servers, network tools, user accounts, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure operational availability and security through backups and access management.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades, patches, new versions, and automation solutions aligned with strategy.
• Develop documentation for procedures, processes, and environment status; analyze needs and propose new solutions.
• Contribute to strategy development, mentor junior colleagues, and bring initiatives for future improvements.

Requirements

• Czech language fluency required; English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and support communication.
• Minimum 3+ years in Unix/Linux administration and application server management; experience with mass operations of Linux servers.
• Proven knowledge of JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, Elastic on RHEL and K8s.
• Knowledge of Red Hat, VMware technologies (Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, K8s, Argo CD, vSphere) as advantage; understanding of automation and scripting.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects, strong problem-solving, analytical skills, mentoring capabilities, strategic thinking.
