What you will do
- Act as the primary IT owner and face of IT for the Düsseldorf site, managing the local tech environment independently.
- Provide L2/L3 support for mixed Mac and Windows environments and manage incidents via ServiceNow.
- Take absolute ownership of the end-to-end hardware lifecycle, including deployment, tracking, and retirement of laptops and peripherals.
- Ensure operational readiness of enterprise A/V and conferencing systems, including Poly, Cisco, Logitech, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Coordinate Move, Add, Change (MAC) activities for user onboarding, offboarding, and workstation setup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support, with at least 3 years in a large-scale enterprise environment (1,000+ employees).
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with global teams.
- Strong Mac and Windows configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Request, and Asset modules).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, Jamf, or Cisco.
