What you will do

• Partner with leadership to advance strategies for monitoring TV industry trends and distilling complex information into concise summaries.
• Perform television industry, content-specific, and market-specific research to assess competitive landscapes.
• Innovate and iterate on data strategies and products to ensure TV business analytics are modern and actionable.
• Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to develop product and dashboard requirements.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations to senior leadership, agents, and clients.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on research, insights, and analytics methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in the television industry at a major media company, agency, network, studio, or streaming platform.
• Expertise in multi-platform performance analysis across linear networks and streaming platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in Nielsen software systems (e.g., NPOWER, NNTV) and measurement methodologies.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Coding skills in SQL, Python, or VBA.
• Experience in social analytics.
