Solution Account Manager (Energy): Developing and executing sales strategies to expand hirify.global’s presence in the Energy sector across the Middle East with an accent on account planning, cross-selling, and solution-based proposals. Focus on driving revenue growth, managing sales funnels, and collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to win complex connectivity projects.

What you will do

  • Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
  • Expand presence in the Energy sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
  • Create a comprehensive market landscape for the Energy vertical in the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies, manage sales funnels, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
  • 10+ years of experience in data and network solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in End User Sales within the Energy sector.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment within a medium-to-large international organization.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Fluency in at least one other relevant language.
