What you will do

• Own a portfolio of cleaning service providers in the UAE as their primary point of contact.
• Track weekly KPIs and conduct monthly business reviews to identify and resolve performance gaps.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new cleaning partners to expand supply and drive revenue.
• Coach partners on quality standards, scheduling, professional development, and pricing.
• Act as the bridge between partners and internal Operations, Quality, Finance, and Product teams.
• Prepare performance summaries and maintain clean vertical-level reporting for management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B partners, suppliers, or merchants.
• Proven track record of closing commercial deals end-to-end (sourcing, negotiation, signing, onboarding).
• Experience working with operations and quality data in a marketplace or on-demand services business.
• Ability to read P&L, build margin models in Excel, and explain unit economics.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus for partner conversations).
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE for on-site work.
