Salary: $107,200 - $160,800

What you will do
- Lead Health Risk Assessments and support risk assessments and hazard analyses based on post-market data.
- Monitor product performance in the field, analyze reliability data, and identify critical quality signals and trends.
- Direct root cause investigations and failure analysis to determine underlying causes of product complaints.
- Generate, review, and approve FMEAs and verification/validation reports in compliance with medical device design controls.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching to junior engineering staff.
Requirements
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship is only offered for Principal-level roles and above).
- Baccalaureate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience (or 2 years with an advanced degree).
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the medical device industry across product development, operations, or quality functions.
- Expertise in risk management according to ISO 14971.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to perform statistical data analysis and solve complex technical problems.
