What you will do

• Perform and report qualification stress tests for industrial, automotive, and military products to support release dates.
• Operate environmental stress test machinery involving high voltage, extreme temperatures, fluids, gases, and vibration.
• Maintain lab equipment and develop new chambers, including PCB creation, program coding, and board debug.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors to ensure product performance meets internal and industry requirements.
• Deliver after-action reviews and lead qualification failure reviews for root cause understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Science (BSCS), or a related field.
• 5 to 7.5 years of relevant experience in reliability or electronics engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and use of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual per US Export Controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, databases, and website coding.
• Proficiency with soldering, CAD software, 3-D printers, and machining.
• Familiarity with Project Management applications and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of common statistical comparison and quality review methods.
