Communications Professional (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead communications planning and execution for around four annual conferences across Asia Pacific, including invitations, agendas, promotional content, and post-event summaries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors across Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and Korea.
• Develop internal communications for more than 1,200 regional employees through town halls, change announcements, newsletters, and other channels.
• Maintain the regional communications SharePoint site and keep its content current, engaging, and accessible.
• Support customer marketing activations and strengthen senior leaders’ external profiles through LinkedIn and thought leadership content.
• Create key messages and communications materials aligned with corporate branding and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or an equivalent field.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience managing event communications, internal employee engagement, and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of corporate, employee, digital, marketing, and public relations communications.
• Skills in copywriting, storytelling, content editing, and social media content creation.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and critical-thinking abilities.
