What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end cost control services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage all cost-related processes for Prime and Subcontractor scopes to support Project Managers.
• Analyze and optimize Procore tool usage to streamline data and improve process efficiency.
• Coordinate financial hand-offs between Preconstruction, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Oversee budget development, cash flow, client billing, invoice processing, and purchase order lifecycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in data center construction scheduling or project management.
• Proven track record managing costs for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center projects.
• Deep understanding of cost drivers in data center development, including MEP-intensive systems, electrical infrastructure, and cooling technologies.
• Experience in contract support, including negotiation, change order analysis, and monthly invoicing.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of mission critical experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, phased scheduling strategies in high-performance projects.
