What you will do

• Develop and launch strategic product solutions for US domestic and cross-border payment offerings.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to launch, bridging technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to ensure regulatory adherence and "Ready to Launch" status.
• Create executable roadmaps to drive product development based on complex problem analysis.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on payment rail capabilities, processes, and vendor rules.
• Lead release planning, including testing and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Proven experience implementing payment rails such as CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2, or RTP.
• Detailed knowledge of payment rail systems including SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, SEPA, BACS, Target2, and RTP.
• Experience with end-to-end product ownership in a diverse global team.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.
