What you will do

  • Oversee the development and evaluation of ML models for inventory and dealer intelligence, including demand forecasting and valuation algorithms.
  • Facilitate A/B testing and experimentation to measure the business impact of production models.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through regular coaching, feedback, and performance assessments.
  • Drive the adoption of best-in-class ML and AI practices across the organization.
  • Align the team's roadmap with broader business priorities and long-term strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML Platform teams to advance intelligence-powered products.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (Boston, MA) for a hybrid work model.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in classification, regression, ranking, and recommendation models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, XGBoost, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).
  • Experience with AWS and MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring models in production.
