Customer Success Representative (Sales/Renewals): Managing the renewal of customer maintenance contracts and driving revenue through retention and upselling with an accent on customer experience and retention. Focus on managing annual pipelines, performing health checks, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What you will do
- Manage and overachieve quotas for territory renewals and expansion goals.
- Handle the annual pipeline, performing customer experience assessments and environment health checks.
- Reactivate support for customers with lapsed contracts through outbound calling.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales to prepare special terms and complex offers.
- Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalations to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and business forecasts within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced level English and German language proficiency.
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Renewals.
- Track record of overachieving KPIs and quotas.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise accounts with technically complex configurations.
- Permanent residence in Poland.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
