TL;DR

Salary: $99,108 - $134,087 per year

What you will do

  • Administer a portfolio of personal trust, estate, and agency accounts of moderate complexity.
  • Review trust and estate documents to ensure compliant administration and proper account requirements.
  • Coordinate discretionary distributions and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities for guardianships or conservatorships.
  • Monitor account activity to identify and mitigate risk according to internal policies and fiduciary standards.
  • Partner with internal Investment, Operations, and Compliance teams to support client service needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration, estate settlement, or financial services.
  • Foundational knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust administration, and basic tax concepts.
  • Ability to interpret trust documents and apply provisions to account administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trust accounting systems.
  • Must be located in the Appleton, WI or Minneapolis, MN area.

Nice to have

  • Juris Doctor Degree or CTFA certification.
  • 6+ years of experience in trust administration and exposure to fiduciary tax concepts.
  • Familiarity with fiduciary platforms such as SEI, FIS, or TrustDesk.
