What you will do

• Design and oversee advisor lending programs for recruiting, retention, and succession.
• Establish governance, approval frameworks, and controls aligned with firm strategy and risk appetite.
• Serve as primary liaison with Legal and Compliance, ensuring adherence to FINRA Rule 3240.
• Oversee underwriting standards, credit reviews, and monitor loan portfolio health.
• Partner with Finance on accounting, accruals, and reserves.
• Provide executive-level reporting on loan balances, risk, and ROI to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in broker-dealer finance, operations, risk, or compliance.
• FINRA Series 7, and 24 or 27 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA rules and investment advisor regulatory frameworks.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
