What you will do

• Evaluate, scope, and build features for Threat Detection & Response, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance Automation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers, product managers, and leadership to iterate on product definitions and realization.
• Work with the Architecture team to advance platform maturity in terms of technology and architecture design.
• Implement and improve quality engineering processes to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Coordinate with security and IT professionals to ensure the implementation of safe and secure systems architectures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of programming experience with Python.
• Experience building APIs using REST, GraphQL, Django, or Flask.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy).
• Experience with asynchronous tasks and queues such as Celery, AMQP, MQTT, or Redis.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD tooling, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with container technology, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and Cloud Technologies.
• Familiarity with security software development best practices.
• Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems.
