What you will do
- Coordinate field schedules and activation visits across Account Management teams.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and update partner information.
- Create operational reports and dashboards for company-wide use.
- Collaborate with field teams to align operations with business objectives.
- Manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery within allocated timelines.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, California to meet the hybrid office requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
